Florida Craftsmen and The St. Petersburg Free Clinic's annual Pastabilities 6 fundraiser, which takes place Saturday evening, April 27th at the St. Petersburg Times' TraMor Cafeteria, once again is dependent on the generosity of our clay members from across the state. The event will be adding a few new twists, such as exotic desserts, coffees, and some fun Italian entertainment! Due to the nature of these changes, we are asking artists to donate five (5) ceramic cups, mugs or bowls for the fundraiser (in the past we specifically asked for plates....). The Pasta Committee has already received a terrific response from past event sponsors and new sponsors, but we are in need of 300 cups, mugs and bowls!!! Phone the FC office if you are in need of help from an Area Director around the state that may be able to help get your work delivered.
Pastabilities 6 is not only accepting contributions from our clay artists, but we are also happy to accept small artwork donations from our entire membership for the accompanying silent auction. All work needs to be in the FC office no later than April 15th (an easy date to remember!). We will also need volunteer help that evening - please phone the FC office at (727) 821-7391 and please know how much your thoughtfulness is appreciated. All proceeds benefit both organizations. Mark your calendars for April 27th for a night of fun and fun-raising! We are indebted to you for your help.
