May 30 - June 2 - The Glass Art Society's 32nd Annual Conference: Sources of Inspiration, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. This conference will feature numerous workshops, lectures and exhibitions by many internationally recognized glass artists. June 19-23, 2002 - ACC/SE Regional Conference, Farmville, VA. The American Craft Council Southeast Region announces a 4-day conference in collaboration with The Rosen Group to be held at the Longwood Center for the Visual Arts. Weekend will include workshops by nationally recognized artists such as Pier Voulkos, Sergei Isupov, and Bob Ebendorf, panel discussions and a keynote address by Joyce Scott. June 22-28 - The Florida Society of Goldsmiths' West Coast Chapter will host their 16th annual Jewelry and Metalsmithing Workshops at Wildacres Retreat in Little Switzerland, NC. The Gulf Coast Museum of Art will be presenting a new program called In The Studio! featuring a different artist working in a different medium each month demonstrating their craft.
